• $25 per cat per day

• Collection or delivery can be arranged for an extra cost
• Minimum of 3 days boarding is required
• No refunds for early collection or cancellation
• A surcharge of $15 boarding per day is payable on each & every public holiday
• A $50 fee will be charged for out of hours opening
• If you collect your cat(s) early, you will forfeit any outstanding fees paid
• A 3 day boarding fee is required to secure your suite upon booking which is non-refundable if you cancel ($75 for 1 cat, $135 for 2 cats, $195 for 3 cats)

Christmas & New Year

• 10 days minimum booking from 24th December to 3rd January
• $100 non-refundable deposit to be paid upon booking

Easter Long Weekend

• 5 days minimum (Thursday to Tuesday)
• $50 non-refundable deposit to be paid upon booking

All bookings must be paid in-full prior to drop-off.

Please allow 3 days if paying by cheque or bank transfer for funds to be cleared.

24 hour veterinary care when required (at owner’s expense).
Any clients travelling overseas will need to open up an account at a local veterinary clinic prior to travel.

EFTPOS or credit card facilities are NOT available.
